Josh O is not afraid to push the artistic boundaries of the human voice. With the help of a loop station, he uses singing, beatboxing, and modulation effects to create a groovy, harmonic sound that blends elements of EDM, pop, and jazz. All of his compositions are swiftly layered in real time, without a need for pre-recorded tracks.

The Florida-based artist is no stranger to the stage and has performed everywhere from coffee shops to music festivals. Josh has been notably involved in the beatboxing community since 2020, performing and ranking high among top artists in beatboxing competitions across the U.S. and around the world. In 2021, he was selected to test and perform with the BOSS RC-505mkII prototype for a highly-viewed video event and album as part of Swissbeatbox’s “Kickback Battle”. His most recent achievements include a 1st place victory at the 2024 Haten World Championship in Japan and a Top 8 placement out of over a hundred entries in the prestigious Grand Beatbox Battle.

Josh's latest EP, "It's Called Style!", contains his intended set from GBB24 in enhanced quality. He has no plans to stop this momentum and continues to improve his craft and inspire others with his artistry.
